Processing Time
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 5–10 business days unless otherwise noted on the product page. Custom or made-to-order items may require additional time. If your order includes a custom piece, you’ll be notified of estimated production time upon purchase.
Shipping Rates & Delivery
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected delivery method. We currently ship within the United States. If you’re located outside the U.S. and would like to place an order, please contact us directly before purchasing.
Delivery times vary depending on the shipping method selected at checkout and your destination. Once shipped, tracking information will be provided via email.
Shipping Carriers
We ship using trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, and FedEx. Shipping options and rates will be displayed during checkout. We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier or customs.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please notify us within 3 business days of delivery. We will work with you to assess the issue and determine the best course of action. MBBG LLC is not responsible for items lost or damaged during transit, but we’ll do our best to help where possible.
Incorrect Shipping Information
